His trajectory soon broadened internationally: undertaking high-calibre hospitality assignments with Sandals Resorts in Jamaica, running large operations with Marriott in Cardiff, driving franchise growth through Headmasters for Hair salon venture, and launching a flagship luxury airport hotel in Toronto, Canada. Every post reinforced his global perspective.

Transitioning from management at Hilton Stansted to the rigorous corridors of UK Financial Services, Tijo discovered that true commercial success wasn’t transactional—it was rooted in enduring security for families and enterprises.

Witnessing acute staffing crises throughout the UK healthcare system, Tijo co-founded Care Crew Ltd in February 2018. Rather than operating as an ad-hoc agency, Care Crew was architected as a clinical-grade talent pipeline.

Spanning health trusts and care homes across England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, Care Crew established ethical, regulated international recruitment pathways, mobilizing certified nurses, care workers, and senior practitioners to save lives.

Adapting Through Change – Ample Mortgages

When the COVID-19 pandemic paralyzed traditional markets, Tijo recognized an urgent counter-cyclical need: UK families and property investors needed agile, transparent mortgage advisory more than ever.

Founding Ample Mortgages under stringent FCA regulatory governance, he scaled advisory pipelines that unlocked institutional lending, secured lifetime homes, and supported landlords during historic market turbulence.
